A Visit

Many of you have asked if I will be coming into class on Friday. I don't want to cause minimal disruption so I will be coming around snack time- about 9:30ish for about a half hour. Please feel free to let your kids know that I will be stopping by and I can't wait to see them!

Checking In

I just returned from the doctor and I will be out for the rest of this week but I will be doing my very best to heal over the break and be back in January. I have torn cartilage in my L5 and it is creating a small bulge which is why I am in so much pain. There is no fast cure or remedy it just takes time, rest, exercise, and medicine. All of which I am actively pursuing.

If you need anything please talk to Mrs. Bondanza or our substitute teacher Dorthy Laurila. Mrs. Laurila will be in the class for the rest of the week. As always I am available by e-mail at swhite@nusd.org

Out Again!

I just wanted to keep you all up to date. As many of you know I have injured my back and was out all last week. I did come back on Monday but I wasn't given the all clear by my orthopedist so I am out again until next Monday. As always Mrs. Bondanza will be on hand. I am always available by e-mail! My NUSD e-mail is up and running again so please feel free to contact me even if you and your student just want to say hi.
